Shannan & Andy must have known that their guests were ready to have a good time when they decided to provide props for the guests to wear in the photobooth. The favorites were a Spanish Gaucho hat, a Viking’s hat, Elvis sunglasses and Sherlock Holmes’ hat and pipe. Two particular guests were so excited that they hopped in the photobooth and shut the curtain before it was even turned on!
The photobooth was a hit all night (like always!)! The only exception was when we paused the photobooth madness to honor the Maid of Honor and Best Man speeches and the Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances. Andy and his mom chose the less traditional route when they rocked out to “Footloose”. Fun was had by all, but don’t listen to me! See it for yourself!

Maria and Edmund chose the Union Hill Veteran’s Hall for their reception. This is a smaller venue, but the white lights around the windows are really pretty and create a romantic mood for the evening.
This is a hard working couple. So hard working, we barely found time to take pictures for the large photostrip!
Max and Katrina were our onsite coordinators and they reported not stop fun with the photobooth. Maria and Edmund’s guests enjoyed the photobooth so much, we assembled one of the largest photo guestbooks ever! When we arrived to pick up the photobooth, guests were still surrounding the photobooth having a blast!
I have to say Edmund gets a special place in my heart. How many times does a groom offer to help you move the photobooth down the drive and into the trailer? Once, so far. Thanks for the offer Edmund, but I just couldn’t let you work on your wedding day.

Brooke and Chris selected the Millenium Room at Club 1000 for their reception. What a great place this is! When I’ve delivered before I’ve seen the space, but it is truly spectacular at night! I worked this event with Angie and what a great group this was! Such fun!
Chris is very creative in the photobooth. You may have seen their photostrip in the Kansas City Star as part of their engagement announcement not too long ago. Chris is a photographer and is naturally creative. But what about those other guys?! You know who you are.
Angie and I had front row seats for some talented dancing by the bride’s father. Seriously, that man can dance!
After, the DJ stopped the music, it was time for karaoke. It was so much fun to see the guests enjoying themselves at the reception, especially with the photobooth. Let’s see…

Whitney and Stephen are from Wichita, but their dream was to be married at The Historic Longview Mansion. Dream realized.
To realize their dream wedding, Whitney and Stephen contracted Dan Meiners Studio to provide the florals and the décor for the wedding and the reception. The Mansion has never been more beautiful! Dan Meiners Studio has a reputation for excellence and I can certainly attest from first hand observation, it is well deserved. KC Photobooth has had the pleasure of providing a photobooth for several brides that have selected Dan Meiners Studio and each and every wedding was unique and magnificient.
Meggan and Katrina were our onsite coordinators and reported a great time was had by all, but see for yourself….

Adam and I (Whitney) had the pleasure of working this wedding at the Elk’s Lodge in Blue Springs. The room was beautifully decorated with autumn colors and ivory fabric filled with white lights draping the ceiling centering on the dance floor.
If there could possibly be a wedding that we could say had the MOST FUN of any wedding we’ve done so far, it was this one. We started 15 minutes before the official start time and we were busy the WHOLE NIGHT. A constant stream of guests having the best time ever! We were so busy that Tracy asked us to stay an extra hour and a half! You should have seen their guestbook! It was a full 30 pages, with 3-4 pictures on the front and back of each page!
Another fun thing was the bet going between a few of the groomsman: whoever takes the most pictures with different women in the photobooth wins! They all made a very commendable attempt, but the winner must be one of the bridesmaids who got in the photobooth AT LEAST 12 times!!
It was hard to pick the best pictures, but here are a few of them!

Jessica and Adam chose the Adam’s Point Conference Center, another first for KC Photobooth! When we arrived to set up I had the pleasure of meeting the staff of the Adam’s Point and I must say I was very impressed. They were on task to provide a beautiful wedding reception for Jessica and Adam and were absolutely successful.
Doug and Alyssa were our on site coordinators and they reported a very busy evening in the photobooth. As it sometimes happens with the bride and groom being pulled in different directions at their wedding reception, I think they were the last people to get in the photobooth. Another great couple and so in love.
You may recognize one of the couples from the pictures below: it’s Diana and Chad getting back in the photobooth just a week after their own fun, filled wedding!

Marshall turned 50 on 10-3-09 as well! This party was at Marshall and Beth’s home on over 6 acres of land in LeCompton, Kansas, not far from Lawrence. I just love these people! They invited us to join the birthday celebration after all of our photobooth deliveries!
They had a moon walk for the children, a DJ providing the music, and it was a party all night long!
Angie and Christin were the on site coordinators and they reported that the photobooth never stopped. Beth told us that KC Photobooth was the highlight of the party and the guests certainly enjoyed it. When we arrived to pick it up, I heard someone say, “But we’ve still got 10 minutes!” Yes they did and they used all of those and more. We had to get pictures with the birthday “boy”!

What a great group of friends to plan a 50th birthday party and surprise the birthday girl with a photobooth from KC Photobooth! The black lights set the tone of the party at The Dance Spot located in the West Bottoms. Terry James is the manager there. This is a very interesting venue. They have a wide variety of events from Guitar Hero parties to Wedding receptions.
The dress was casual, the band was awesome and the fun was everywhere! Happy Birthday Robin!!!

Marry Me In Kansas City, a Bridal Show sponsored by Bridal Extraordinaire, took place on Sunday at the Kansas City Club. What a great turnout! So many brides attended that they held an additional fashion show to accommodate everyone! Many thanks to everyone who came out!

The Kansas City Chefs Association held their annual benefit dinner at the Muelbach connected to the Downtown Marriot on Sunday evening; a very convenient venue considering we came straight from the Marry Me in Kansas City Bridal Show just a few blocks away!
Guests had the opportunity to take a picture for $5 with all the money going to support the Kansas City Chefs Association charities. The guests enjoyed the photobooth and the incredible assortment of food provided by many of the best chefs in Kansas City. If you haven’t tried the filet from the Capital Grille, you should! We all gave it 8 thumbs up! And the best carrot cake we have EVER had was provided by Three Women and an Oven. It was worth every bite!
