Ashley & Nick had their wedding reception at Shoal Creek Community Church. The church, and of course the bride, was beautiful! Ashley is the daughter of the owner of Pro DJ KC and friend of KC Photobooth, Jennifer Sinnett.

You could tell everyone was ready to continue the fun when they got to the reception. The photobooth definitely added to the fun! All the guests loved being goofy and creative while spending time with Ashley and Nick on their special day.

Congratulations, Ashley and Nick!

Randall & Drew had their wedding reception at the Holiday Inn in St. Joseph, Missouri. They transformed the ballroom at the hotel into the perfect setting for a unique reception! Light red up-lighting completed the outskirts of the room while the centerpieces conveyed the Summer concept that they seemed to be going for.

Having the photobooth set up in the hallway outside the ballroom didn’t stop guests from swarming the photobooth and having a great time! There was constantly a line all night! A few women, who called themselves “The Pinks”, were a riot jumping in and out of the photobooth for different pictures. Randall and Drew provided chalkboards, boas, and mustache glasses that guests used in the photobooth. Some guests really got creative with the chalkboards! Check out some of their interesting messages!

Congratulations, Randall and Drew!

Eden & Thomas had an outdoor wedding reception at the Bingham-Waggoner Estate in Independence, Missouri. The Estate grounds is a gorgeous setting for a wedding! Large fans were provided to keep the guests cool for the outdoor ceremony and reception. Russell of Changing Seasons was the wedding coordinator and did a great job with the decor and florals!

The guests had a great time in the photobooth! Eden and Thomas requested our newer, extended photobooth, and the guests loved it! We also set up our canopy tent over the photobooth, which coordinated nicely with the canopy that the guests passed through to get to the Estate.

Congratulations, Eden and Thomas!

Barbie and Mike had their wedding reception at the Hawthorne House in Parkville, Missouri. They had the wedding ceremony outside on the lawn in front of the Gazebo. This wedding was long looked forward to, as the Bride and Groom had been dating for 11 years before the wedding!! It took Mike 10 years to propose! (Sorry, Mike; we know you’ve probably gotten this a lot.)

The speeches were phenomenal, recounting memories past with friends and family. A family member also shared a heartfelt poem during the speeches. Everyone had a blast dancing the night away; however, they took breaks quite often to pay a visit to their friendly photobooth! Check out the great pictures!

Congratulations, Barbie & Mike!

Sarah & Brett had their wedding reception at Lone Summit Ranch. The decor was perfect, as was the bridesmaids bouquets, which incorporated feathers in with the flowers. Everyone had a great time in the photobooth, including one child who, according to our on-site coordinators, got in the photobooth at least 20 times! That might just be a record!

Congratulations, Sarah and Brett!

Nicole & Mark had their wedding reception at Lee Andrew Hall and Gardens. This venue is recently under new ownership and has a very pretty garden area. Nicole and Mark had an outdoor ceremony before inviting their guests in for the reception. They introduced us to the color of New Chartreuse and coupled it with chocolate brown, a superb combination.

Due to our own concerns involving health and germs, KC Photobooth doesn’t provide props for any of our events. However, that doesn’t stop our brides from providing their own array of props, and we’re completely fine with that! Nicole and Mark’s guests’ use of props was, by far, the best we’ve seen! For their large photostrip, this bride and groom had a watering can and flower hat that fit in perfectly with their venue! Check out their guests’ creativity!

Congratulations, Nicole and Mark!

Melissa & Mark chose the Air Charter for their wedding reception. What a unique venue! They opened up an airplane hangar and set up the reception. There were eight different airplanes around the hangar that guests could view during the reception. Melissa also displayed wedding dresses worn by other women in her family in years past; one dress had been worn by three different women!

This wedding definitely showed the power and love within a family. When we were delivering the photobooth, we noticed that family members were all over the place helping set-up, decorate, steam the displayed wedding dresses, etc. It was a very dear sight to see.

Along with everything else, the guests enjoyed their evening in the photobooth! They took some great pictures!

Congratulations, Melissa and Mark!

Taylor Blue & Sasha Kaun had their wedding reception at Loose Mansion, following their wedding ceremony at Swope Park. Holly with Simple Elegance acted as their day-of-coordinator. The cakes (Cakes by Rama Sola)were magnificent; the groom’s cake was covered in Sasha’s favorite things: Burger King burgers and fries, legos, an iPod, CDs, his #24 KU Basketball jersey, a KU Jayhawk, and World of Warcraft. The Bride’s cake mimicked the lace on Taylor’s dress (from Laura’s Couture).

The ceremony was held outside in Swope Park; Taylor walked down the aisle as Brookside Strings played. They also chose to use Sidelines Florist, Holmes Music World as their DJ, and David Riffel Photography.

What a beautiful wedding! Check out some of these wonderful pictures! You may recognize some of the guests, including: Coach Bill Self, Assistant Coach Danny Manning, Russell Robinson, Christian Moody, and Aaron Miles…
